Experts in defence procurement, dual-use regulation, sovereign investment frameworks, critical infrastructure, deep tech industrialisation or strategic energy – brought in on a project basis.

Former Policymakers

Officials, regulators and advisors with direct experience in industrial policy, FDI screening, defence procurement or sovereign capital deployment. Interested in contributing to complex mandates.
